The Common Good Cyber Fund (CGCF) grant program is now accepting applications. Through this open call, we will award grants to nonprofit organizations working to strengthen cybersecurity for civil society and protect the Internet’s core infrastructure.

The fund – hosted by Internet Society but a product of the Common Good Cyber Ecosystem Committee – will provide at least USD $3.5 million in this window through grants ranging from USD $100,000 to $300,000.

The Fund is made possible by a powerful coalition of donors, including Craig Newmark Philanthropies, the Internet Society, and the governments of Australia, Canada, Germany, the Netherlands, and the United Kingdom, reflecting the growing global commitment to treating cybersecurity as a shared public good.

Applications are open until 4 August 2026 at 21:00 UTC.
