Ecosystem Committee
Common Good Cyber is implemented by a committee composed of leading cybersecurity nonprofits. The Global Cyber Alliance chairs the committee. Decisions are made by substantial consensus and all members support the initiative and may seek support for their efforts. Membership may change over time.

Strategic Advisory Committee (SAC)
Chaired by Phil Reitinger for a term of two-years, the Strategic Advisory Committee (SAC) provides regular strategic advice and guidance to the Fund Manager on the Common Good Cyber Fund, focusing on assessing grant recipient needs and capabilities, identifying funding gaps, supporting advocacy and awareness of the Fund and the role of nonprofits in cybersecurity, fostering community building, guiding impact measurement and data analysis, and advising on strategic communications. The SAC does not provide advice on fund distributions and prepares an annual report on its actions.
